The Challenge
Celebrating Excellence the African way
Stanbic Bank's CEO recognition programme required more than event branding.
The challenge was to create an experience that employees would remember and feel proud to belong to.
The creative system needed to:
• Elevate the prestige of the awards
• Inspire internal engagement
• Be Premium for executive leadership
• Work consistently across digital and physical touchpoints
• Be scalable from presentation decks to stage design
Strategy
Created a visual language centred around achievement as momentum.
The identity uses ascending forms to communicate continuous growth rather than a single moment of recognition.
